Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan to form a crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  5. Add shredded coconut and nuts (if using) in a uniform layer.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, ensuring coverage of all ingredients.
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
