Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar (white, refined)
  • 1 tablespoon (8g) Cornstarch

Instructions:

  2. Process on high speed until the mixture turns into a fine, powdery consistency.
  3. Sift the powdered sugar through a fine-mesh strainer or sifter to remove any remaining lumps.
  4. Store the homemade powdered sugar in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
