Instructions:
- Add granulated sugar and cornstarch to the blender or food processor.
- Process on high speed until the mixture turns into a fine, powdery consistency.
- Sift the powdered sugar through a fine-mesh strainer or sifter to remove any remaining lumps.
- Store the homemade powdered sugar in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
