Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2-3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (30-45 ml, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- Use a whisk or fork to mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth in texture.
- Sample the spicy mayo and add salt as needed. If you prefer more heat, add additional sriracha.
- Transfer the mayo to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Enjoy your spicy mayo with sushi, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce!
