Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2-3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (30-45 ml, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth in texture.
  3. Sample the spicy mayo and add salt as needed. If you prefer more heat, add additional sriracha.
  4. Transfer the mayo to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Enjoy your spicy mayo with sushi, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce!
