- Dried fruit to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated and a sticky dough forms.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips or any optional add-ins.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
