Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and add pasta, cooking according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, mixing until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
