Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and add pasta, cooking according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, mixing until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
