Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant; avoid browning the garlic.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking consistently to combine.
- Add kosher salt and black pepper to taste, stirring well.
- Stir in freshly chopped parsley, basil, and thyme. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; remove from heat. Optional: For an ultra-smooth sauce, blend with an immersion blender.
