Ingredients:

  • 2 fl oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 fl oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 fl oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 5 fl oz Heavy Cream (optional, for body)
  • Ice (for shaking)
  • 2 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles (for rimming)
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup or Honey (for rimming)
  • Whipped Cream (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Rim: Pour a thin layer of simple syrup (or honey) onto a small saucer.
  2. Prep the Sprinkles: Pour the rainbow sprinkles onto a second small, flat saucer.
  3. Dip and Coat: Take the shot glass, dip the rim lightly into the simple syrup, then immediately dip the sticky rim into the sprinkles, rotating gently to ensure a consistent, colourful coating. Set glasses aside.
  4. Combine Spirits: Measure the Vanilla Vodka, White Chocolate Liqueur, Amaretto Liqueur, and Heavy Cream (if using) into the cocktail shaker tin.
  5. Add Ice: Fill the shaker three-quarters full with fresh, high-quality ice cubes.
  6. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid tightly and shake extremely hard for 15–20 seconds to chill and aerate the creamy mixture.
  7. Strain: Double strain the mixture into the prepared, sprinkle-rimmed shot glasses, filling them almost to the top.
  8. Garnish: Top each shot with a small dollop of whipped cream (if using).
  9. Finish: Sprinkle a few extra colourful sprinkles over the whipped cream for the final decorative touch. Serve immediately.
