Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Arrange the quartered biscuit pieces evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
