Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange the quartered biscuit pieces evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
