Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15ml, for thinning chocolate, optional)
- 12 chocolate-covered almonds (or mini pretzels)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Hold a pretzel rod by one end and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place dipped pretzel on the lined baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still soft, gently press two chocolate-covered almonds or mini pretzels onto the top of each pretzel rod to form antlers.
- Refrigerate the pretzel rods for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.
- If desired, sprinkle with additional decoration before the chocolate hardens.
