- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (30ml) (optional, adjust for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- Fresh fruits (e.g., berry mix, banana slices)
- Granola (for crunch)
- Nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, pumpkin seeds)
- A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Whisk or stir until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and there are no clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a thicker pudding.
- After chilling, stir the pudding. It should be creamy and have a gel-like texture.
- Spoon into serving bowls and top with your choice of fruits, granola, nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa.
