Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz / 400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2g) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2g) cumin

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Roast until chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
