Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz / 400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt
- 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) cumin
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
- Roast until chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
