Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli slaw mix (about 400g)
- 1 large carrot, grated (about 100g)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded (about 50g)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (about 80g)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the broccoli slaw mix.
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Shred the red cabbage.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add all prepared vegetables to the bowl with the dressing.
- Toss to combine thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
