Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) poppy seeds
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk/cream, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Stir in the poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Give it a taste and adjust the honey or vinegar to your liking. More honey for sweeter, more vinegar for tangier.
- For the best flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Drizzle over your favourite salad.
