- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream (preferably full-fat)
- 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup (75 g) water chestnuts, diced (optional for crunch)
- 1/4 cup (60 g) green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions:
- Thaw and drain the spinach well to remove excess moisture. Dice the water chestnuts, if using, and chop the green onions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the thawed spinach, diced water chestnuts, chopped green onions, and garlic powder if desired. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve chilled with your choice of tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or bread.
