  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) water chestnuts, diced (optional for crunch)
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Thaw and drain the spinach well to remove excess moisture. Dice the water chestnuts, if using, and chop the green onions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed spinach, diced water chestnuts, chopped green onions, and garlic powder if desired. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve chilled with your choice of tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or bread.
