Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-8 oz each) Frozen Lobster Tails, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the lobster tails dry. Cut down the center of the shell lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell, leaving the tail connected. Season with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon about half of the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat. Broil in the oven on high for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster tails. Serve immediately.
