Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150 g) crumbled feta cheese
- ¾ cup (180 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced or grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
- Place the crumbled feta and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Use a fork or a whisk to mash and mix until smooth or process in a food processor until silky.
- Mix in the lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir well to incorporate evenly.
- Fold in the chopped dill and chives. Add black pepper and salt; taste and adjust seasoning.
- If the dip is too thick, stir in a little water or extra lemon juice until desired consistency is reached.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, or red pepper flakes before serving.
