Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150 g) crumbled feta cheese
  • ¾ cup (180 g) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions:

  1. Place the crumbled feta and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Use a fork or a whisk to mash and mix until smooth or process in a food processor until silky.
  2. Mix in the lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir well to incorporate evenly.
  3. Fold in the chopped dill and chives. Add black pepper and salt; taste and adjust seasoning.
  4. If the dip is too thick, stir in a little water or extra lemon juice until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, or red pepper flakes before serving.
