Ingredients:
- 900g English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 60g red onion, thinly sliced into half-moons
- 15g fresh dill, finely chopped
- 120g sour cream
- 60g mayonnaise
- 30ml apple cider vinegar
- 12g granulated sugar
- 6g salt
- 3g black pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Toss them in a colander with 6g of salt and let them sit for 20–30 minutes. Gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until completely smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the dried cucumber slices and red onion to the bowl. Fold gently with a spatula until every slice is coated. Stir in the fresh dill last.
