Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Premium Vodka or London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 oz 100% Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
  • 0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz Chilled Brut Champagne or Prosecco
  • 3-4 Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 Sprig of fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Chill your glassware in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with large, solid ice cubes to prevent over-dilution.
  2. Add the vodka (or gin), St-Germain, cranberry juice, and lime juice to the shaker. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
  3. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass. Top with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Stir once very gently with a bar spoon and garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
