Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave in 15-second intervals until liquid. Let it sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly so it does not break the mayonnaise emulsion, then pour into a wide-mouth Mason jar.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and Dijon mustard to the jar.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, horseradish, lemon zest, and lemon juice until integrated.
  4. Fold in the chopped chives, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the sauce is a uniform, pale-orange hue and creamy.
