Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in the microwave in 15-second intervals until liquid. Let it sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly so it does not break the mayonnaise emulsion, then pour into a wide-mouth Mason jar.
- Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and Dijon mustard to the jar.
- Stir in the minced garlic, horseradish, lemon zest, and lemon juice until integrated.
- Fold in the chopped chives, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the sauce is a uniform, pale-orange hue and creamy.
