Ingredients:

  • 1 slice Sourdough bread (thick-cut)
  • 1/4 cup (55g) Full-fat cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • Pinch of Sea salt
  • Pinch of Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Honey, preferably local
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of Flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread to your desired level of doneness in a toaster or under a broiler.
  2. Divide cottage cheese into three small bowls. Prepare each topping in their respective bowls:
  3. Garden Herb: Combine cottage cheese, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Honey-Cinnamon: Combine cottage cheese, honey, cinnamon, and flaky salt.
  5. Everything Bagel: Combine cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning (add red pepper flakes if desired).
  6. Drizzle toasted bread with olive oil.
  7. Spread each cottage cheese mixture evenly onto a separate slice of toast. Serve immediately.
