Ingredients:
- 1 slice Sourdough bread (thick-cut)
- 1/4 cup (55g) Full-fat cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Lemon zest
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Pinch of Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Honey, preferably local
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- Pinch of Flaky sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast bread to your desired level of doneness in a toaster or under a broiler.
- Divide cottage cheese into three small bowls. Prepare each topping in their respective bowls:
- Garden Herb: Combine cottage cheese, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Honey-Cinnamon: Combine cottage cheese, honey, cinnamon, and flaky salt.
- Everything Bagel: Combine cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning (add red pepper flakes if desired).
- Drizzle toasted bread with olive oil.
- Spread each cottage cheese mixture evenly onto a separate slice of toast. Serve immediately.
