Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) Milk of Choice (dairy, almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- 1/2 cup (80g) Chia Seeds (black or white)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Maple Syrup (or honey, agave, or sugar to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a jar or container, combine milk of choice, chia seeds, maple syrup (or other sweetener), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whisk vigorously for about a minute to ensure the chia seeds are well distributed and there are no clumps. This is crucial to prevent lumpy pudding!
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- After about 30 minutes, give the mixture another good stir to break up any remaining clumps. This ensures even thickening.
- Once the pudding has thickened to your liking, it’s ready to eat! Top with your favorite toppings.
