Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) Milk of Choice (dairy, almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup (80g) Chia Seeds (black or white)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Maple Syrup (or honey, agave, or sugar to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, combine milk of choice, chia seeds, maple syrup (or other sweetener), vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Whisk vigorously for about a minute to ensure the chia seeds are well distributed and there are no clumps. This is crucial to prevent lumpy pudding!
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  4. After about 30 minutes, give the mixture another good stir to break up any remaining clumps. This ensures even thickening.
  5. Once the pudding has thickened to your liking, it’s ready to eat! Top with your favorite toppings.
