Ingredients:

  • 1 lb extra-large green seedless grapes
  • 11 oz high-quality caramel bits
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dry-roasted salted peanuts
  • 30-40 wooden toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Remove grapes from stems, wash thoroughly, and pat until bone-dry. Insert a toothpick into the stem end of each grape.
  2. Combine caramel bits and heavy cream in a microwave-safe deep bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously between each until a glossy, thick ribbon forms.
  3. Dip each grape into the caramel, swirling to coat 3/4 of the surface. Immediately dredge the bottom in chopped peanuts while the coating is tacky.
  4. Place finished grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for 10 minutes to set the caramel until firm and set.
