Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 2 cups shredded)
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup (55g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese, divided
  • Optional: thinly sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 2 tablespoons blue cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or baguette slices.
