- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 2 cups shredded)
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup (55g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese, divided
- Optional: thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 2 tablespoons blue cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or baguette slices.
