Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Stir vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken breast and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully submerged and the color is a consistent orange.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Note: Use a spatula to smooth the top for even heating.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar evenly across the surface. Note: Don't pile it in the middle; spread it to the edges.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese has turned a deep gold.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Note: This allows the dip to set so it doesn't run when you scoop.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Serve immediately while the cheese is still stretchy.
