Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them accurately.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and maple syrup/honey (if using) to the tahini mixture.
  4. Add sea salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  5. Gradually whisk in water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired creamy consistency.
  6. Taste the dressing, adjusting seasoning or acidity if necessary.
  7. Transfer to a storage container if not using immediately.
