Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) London dry gin or vodka
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) dry vermouth
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) filtered water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) olive brine
  • 16-24 large Spanish Queen olives

Instructions:

  1. Using a funnel, pour the gin or vodka, dry vermouth, and filtered water into a 32 oz freezer-safe glass bottle or heavy-duty plastic pitcher.
  2. Slowly stir in the olive brine and seal the cap airtight to prevent the alcohol from absorbing freezer odors.
  3. Place the bottle in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or up to 2 months.
  4. Remove the bottle from the freezer and give it one quick shake to reintegrate the brine.
  5. Pour the mixture directly into chilled martini glasses or coupes and garnish with 2-3 olives on a cocktail pick.
