Ingredients:

  • 3 lb Bone-In Beef Ribs
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tsp Salt (Required for flavor/rub, estimated)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rub: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Season the Ribs: Pat the beef ribs dry with paper towels. Generously rub the spice mixture over all surfaces of the beef ribs, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  3. Set up Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned beef ribs into the slow cooker. Pour the apple cider vinegar around the base of the ribs, followed by the liquid smoke.
  4. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on the LOW setting for 6 hours, or until the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and the internal temperature reaches 200°F.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and serve immediately. Optionally brush with your favorite BBQ sauce before serving.
