Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the baking pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbly and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, then top with shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Look for a golden top; the edges will be set.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
