Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the baking pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbly and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, then top with shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top and add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Look for a golden top; the edges will be set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
