Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb / 450g), peeled or unpeeled, cut into ½-inch thick fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (2.5 ml)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (2.5 ml)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
Instructions:
- Wash, peel (optional), and cut sweet potatoes into uniform ½-inch thick fries.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
- Remove fries from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
