Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (150g) Raw Walnuts
  • 1 cup (175g) Medjool Dates, pitted and packed
  • 0.25 cup (40g) Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp (2g) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (1g) Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Ensure your Medjool dates are soft. If firm, soak in warm water for 5 minutes and pat dry thoroughly. Ensure all pits are removed manually.
  2. Place the raw walnuts and pitted dates into a food processor. Pulse in 1-second bursts until the mixture resembles a coarse meal and clumps together when pressed, but before it turns into a paste.
  3. Add the hemp hearts, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt to the processor. Pulse 2–3 additional times to distribute the aromatics evenly.
